Our first harvest comes from a single olive grove in the Sierra Mágina, Jaén, at over 900 metres. 100% Picual olives, picked in the first weeks and cold-milled the same day. The result: an intense, green and lively oil with a noble bitterness and that pungency on the finish that only the early harvest gives.
We packed it in a tin for one reason: light is the greatest enemy of a good oil. The tin protects it completely, so it reaches your table as lively as it left the mill.
