Consumer dispute resolution / universal arbitration board

We are neither obliged nor, as a matter of principle, willing to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
The former EU platform for online dispute resolution (OS/ODR platform) was discontinued by the European Commission with effect from 20 July 2025; a link to it is therefore no longer provided.
