Shipping & Delivery

Your olive oil travels a long way: from the grove in Bedmar (Jaén, Andalusia) to your home. So that you know exactly what to expect, you will find all the information about shipping and payment clearly summarised here.

Pre-ordering the 2026 harvest (pre-order)

Our La Lata is a freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Picual olives. You can currently pre-order the 2026 harvest. This means: your tin is only produced after the harvest and filling, and then shipped to you.

  • Your pre-order is shipped after the 2026 harvest has been filled, expected [PLEASE ADD: expected filling/shipping period for the 2026 harvest, e.g. month/year].
  • As soon as your order is on its way, we will notify you by email.
  • Because this is a pre-order, there is more time between your order and delivery than with items available immediately. We will give you the expected delivery date at the time of ordering and in the order confirmation.

Shipping

We ship throughout the EU. Your order is carefully packaged and sent via [PLEASE ADD: name of the shipping carrier, e.g. DHL/GLS].

Shipping costs

Our shipping costs depend on the number of tins ordered. The more you order, the cheaper the shipping – from three tins upwards, we even ship for free:

The price per tin (500 ml) is 28.50 EUR (57.00 EUR/litre) including statutory VAT. The exact shipping costs are shown to you again transparently in the cart and before you complete your order.

Delivery time

For items available immediately, the expected delivery time is 3-5 working days from receipt of payment (for advance payment) within Germany. For deliveries to other EU countries, delivery may take a little longer accordingly.

For pre-orders of the 2026 harvest, the note above applies: here, shipping only takes place after filling.

Payment

We currently offer payment by advance payment / bank transfer. We are planning card payment and will additionally make it available shortly.

How advance payment works

  • You complete your order in the shop and select advance payment / bank transfer as the payment method.
  • Afterwards, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email with all payment details (recipient, amount and payment reference).
  • Please transfer the total amount to the following account and be sure to enter your order number as the payment reference so that we can match your payment:
    • Account holder: AURO OLIVE S.L.
    • IBAN: [PLEASE ADD: IBAN for advance payment transfer]
    • BIC: [PLEASE ADD: bank BIC]
    • Payment reference: your order number
  • As soon as we have received your payment, we will reserve your goods or prepare shipping. For pre-orders, shipping takes place after the 2026 harvest has been filled.

Please only make the transfer after you have received our order confirmation with the payment details.

Prices & VAT

All prices shown are final prices and include statutory VAT. In addition – depending on the order quantity – shipping costs may apply (see the table above).
